Hearty, Easy Meal

This combination of meaty sauce, tender pasta, and lots of cheese is perfection!

Start by cooking the pasta. Meanwhile, cook the diced onion in a large skillet.

Add sausage and ground beef to the skillet with the onions, and brown the meat.

Cook the Meat

Add the garlic, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and tomatoes, and let simmer.

Add Sauce Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, meat sauce, and ricotta cheese. Mix well.

Combine

Place half of the pasta mixture in a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Layer the Casserole

Then sprinkle with half of the shredded mozzarella and half of the parmesan.

Add the Cheese Layer

Repeat these layers with the rest of the ingredients.

Bake the casserole for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
