This recipe may look fancy, but it's actually so simple to make! Let's get started on these savory pork chops with a brown sugar glaze.

In a large bowl, stir together warm water, balsamic vinegar, and sea salt until the salt is dissolved.

Make the Brine

Then add the pork chops to the brine. Cover and refrigerate.
