Creamy Chicken and Gnocchi

Bold and Comforting

This easy recipe is the perfect combo of chicken, gnocchi, spinach and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. 

Mix together the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Then coat the mixture onto the chicken thighs.

Season the Chicken

Cook the chicken in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.

Cook the Chicken

Set the chicken aside. Then cook the garlic and spinach just until the spinach welts.

Cook the Spinach

Set the spinach aside. Then cook the mushrooms until they are tender and browned, and set aside.

Brown the Mushrooms

Add garlic to the skillet, followed by heavy cream and chicken broth. Simmer and add parmesan cheese.

Build the Sauce

Cook gnocchi according to the package directions, and drain. Then add it to the sauce.  

Make the Gnocchi

Add the cooked chicken, spinach, and mushrooms to the skillet and stir to combine.

Mix It All Up

Serve it up with garlic knots and a side salad, and enjoy!
