Simple Ingredients

Place the flour on a parchment-lined baking pan and bake for 5-7 minutes. Then let it cool completely.

Heat the Flour

Beat together butter, vanilla, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for 3 minutes, until light and fluffy.

Cream the Butter

Add in the milk and mix well. Then gradually add in the flour and salt.

Add the Milk

Stir in the chocolate chips, mixing until they’re evenly distributed.
