What is Mulligan Stew?

Simple Ingredients

Heat oil in a pot or Dutch oven, season the beef with salt and pepper, and brown it on all sides. Then set it aside.

Brown the Beef

Cook onion and garlic in the same pot until translucent, then add paprika and cook for a minute to release flavor.

Cook the Onion

Return the beef to the pot, cover it with the broth, and let it simmer until tender.

Add the Broth

Add potatoes, carrots, and green beans, and cook for 30 more minutes. Then add tomatoes, peas and dried herbs.

Add the Veggies
