What Is A Rainbow Roll?

Made with succulent salmon, tuna, avocado, and cucumber, this mouthwatering recipe is so easy to make in your own kitchen!

You'll only need salmon, tuna, and a few other ingredients to make this easy recipe.

Simple Ingredients

Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat. Then spread rice evenly, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Prepare the Base

Turn the nori over and lay the crab and cucumber inside the sushi roll.

Fill the Rainbow Roll

Place thumbs on the bamboo mat, fingers on the toppings, and roll the sushi up tightly.

Roll It Up

Thinly slice tuna, salmon, and avocado and arrange them on top of the sushi roll in a “rainbow.”

Add the Toppings

Use bamboo mat to roll and squeeze the toppings onto the sushi roll. Then cut it into 6 pieces.

Finish the Dish

Serve the sushi pieces with Japanese mayonnaise, soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
