Cook pasta according to the directions on the package; drain and rinse.
Transfer pasta to a large bowl and toss with olive oil.
Stir in ¼ cup grated cheese, garlic powder, and basil; stir until completely combined.
If Air Frying:
Preheat air fryer to 400˚F.
Add half of the pasta to the air fryer basket and cook for 7 to 10 minutes, or until browned and crispy. Shake the basket two times during the cooking process.
Repeat the process with the remaining pasta.
Remove the chips from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate.
Garnish with freshly grated cheese.
Serve with basil pesto and/or marinara sauce.
If Baking in the Oven:
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil.
Add pasta to the baking sheet in ONE single layer.
Bake for 20 to 24 minutes, or until browned and crispy, shaking the baking sheet 3 to 4 times during the cooking process.
Remove from oven and transfer to a serving plate.
Garnish with freshly grated cheese.
Serve with basil pesto and/or marinara sauce.
