Ingredients

I use a combo of honeycrisp apples and Granny Smith

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375˚F.
Grease a 9-inch baking dish with butter and set aside.
In a mixing bowl combine oats, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and ground nutmeg; whisk until well incorporated; set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl whisk the eggs to break them up.
Add milk to the eggs and whisk to combine.
Whisk in the vanilla and melted butter.
Add the milk mixture to the oat mixture and stir until completely incorporated. Set aside.
Arrange the apples and blueberries on the bottom of the previously prepared baking dish.
Pour the oatmeal mixture over the fruit and smooth out the top with a spoon.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until bubbly and top is golden.
Remove from oven and let stand 20 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
