FROZEN BERRY MARGARITAS

This summery, berry-blasted Margarita recipe combines mixed berries with mint, citrus, triple sec, and tequila.

6 limes, juiced
1 cup blanco tequila
⅓ cup triple sec or cointreau
4 cups mixed frozen berries
1 cup crushed ice
⅓ cup roughly chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons agave nectar, use only if you like a sweeter drink, you can also use honey
Lime wedges, for rims
Sugar or salt, for rims

In a blender combine lime juice, tequila, triple sec, berries, ice, mint, and agave nectar (if using); process until completely blended.
Add more liquid, if needed. If you want a thicker margarita, add more ice and process until blended.
Taste and adjust. Add more sweetener, if needed.
Run a lime wedge around the rim of 4 margarita glasses. Dip the rim in salt or sugar.
Pour frozen berry margarita into glasses.
Garnish with mint leaves and slices of lime.
Serve.
